Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La France insoumise (LFI) a men\u00e9 sa journ\u00e9e de niche parlementaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale le jeudi 27 novembre 2025<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, une journ\u00e9e annuelle o\u00f9 un groupe d&rsquo;opposition peut d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;ordre du jour de l&rsquo;h\u00e9micycle.\u00a0Cette ann\u00e9e, LFI a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 huit textes, dont une r\u00e9solution contre l&rsquo;accord de libre-\u00e9change entre l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et le Mercosur, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e par l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale malgr\u00e9 la position du gouvernement.\u00a0La r\u00e9solution visant \u00e0 s&rsquo;opposer \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord UE-Mercosur a \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e, marquant une victoire pour le groupe, tandis que d&rsquo;autres propositions, comme celle pour la nationalisation d&rsquo;ArcelorMittal ou la gratuit\u00e9 des parkings dans les h\u00f4pitaux, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9es.<\/p><ul><li><p><strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>R\u00e9solution contre l&rsquo;accord UE-Mercosur<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0: Adopt\u00e9e le 27 novembre 2025, cette r\u00e9solution refl\u00e8te la position de LFI depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es contre les trait\u00e9s de libre-\u00e9change jug\u00e9s pr\u00e9judiciables aux agriculteurs fran\u00e7ais et \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Propositions de loi et r\u00e9solutions<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0: Huit textes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s, incluant des propositions sur l&rsquo;abrogation de la r\u00e9forme des retraites, la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum r\u00e9vocatoire, et la mise en place d&rsquo;un moratoire sur les projets routiers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Contexte de la niche<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0: Cette journ\u00e9e, institu\u00e9e par la r\u00e9forme constitutionnelle de 2008,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>permet aux groupes minoritaires d&rsquo;imposer leurs priorit\u00e9s au d\u00e9bat parlementaire, en esp\u00e9rant obtenir des avanc\u00e9es l\u00e9gislatives ou forcer une discussion publique sur des sujets cl\u00e9s<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #464649;\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'Inter Variable', Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #464649;\">En d\u00e9pit de l&rsquo;adoption de certaines r\u00e9solutions, les propositions de loi doivent encore \u00eatre examin\u00e9es en commission et ne sont pas automatiquement adopt\u00e9es.\u00a0LFI a ainsi utilis\u00e9 cette niche pour renforcer sa visibilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9fendre son programme, notamment en lien avec les mobilisations des agriculteurs et les enjeux
