Le groupe La France Insoumise (LFI) a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un recours aupr\u00e8s du Conseil constitutionnel concernant neuf articles du projet de loi de financement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (PLFSS) pour 2026, les jugeant contraires \u00e0 la Constitution.\u00a0Ce recours, saisi le jeudi 18 d\u00e9cembre 2025, porte notamment sur la limitation de la dur\u00e9e des arr\u00eats de travail, fix\u00e9e \u00e0 un mois pour un premier arr\u00eat et deux mois pour tout renouvellement, ce qui pourrait compromettre l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins pour certains assur\u00e9s.\u00a0LFI souligne que cette mesure, qui n\u2019existe pas actuellement, risque de cr\u00e9er une rupture d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins pour les salari\u00e9s dont l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite un arr\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 30 jours.<\/p>

Le groupe conteste \u00e9galement la mise en place d\u2019un nouveau \u00ab parcours d\u2019accompagnement \u00bb \u00e0 vis\u00e9e pr\u00e9ventive pour les patients \u00e0 risque d\u2019ALD (affection de longue dur\u00e9e), estimant que ce dispositif pourrait servir de pr\u00e9texte \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de nombreux assur\u00e9s du statut ALD, malgr\u00e9 les assurances du gouvernement lors des d\u00e9bats parlementaires.\u00a0LFI fait valoir que l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019impact du projet pr\u00e9voit des \u00e9conomies de 500 millions d\u2019euros gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce dispositif, ce qui contredit les affirmations faites en s\u00e9ance.\u00a0La France insoumise demande donc au Conseil constitutionnel de censurer l\u2019article ou d\u2019\u00e9mettre une r\u00e9serve d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation pour garantir que ce parcours pr\u00e9ventif ne soit pas utilis\u00e9 pour exclure des patients du statut ALD.<\/p>

Par ailleurs, le groupe LFI avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une proposition de loi \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale visant \u00e0 nationaliser ArcelorMittal en France, afin de sauver la sid\u00e9rurgie et financer sa d\u00e9carbonation.\u00a0Ce texte, port\u00e9 par la d\u00e9put\u00e9e Aur\u00e9lie Trouv\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par la gauche dans son ensemble, rejet\u00e9 par la droite et le centre, tandis que l\u2019abstention du Rassemblement national a fait basculer le vote.\u00a0Bien que cette proposition ne soit pas directement li\u00e9e au PLFSS, elle illustre la position de LFI sur les enjeux \u00e9conomiques et sociaux abord\u00e9s dans le cadre du financement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>
